Getting ready to leave
Well, this is my last post from the lush, green, state of Wisconsin. It’s going to be a short while before my next post so be patient. The good news is posts and pictures will be on location from Kuwait and then Iraq
. It’s been a long day of packing, formations, and inspections; if somebody forgets something this time, they are going to be plum out of luck
.
I’m a little bit sad at the moment; I like plane rides though, when I get to sit by the window
. Apparently, I am being equipped with nine bottles of water and three Meals Ready to Eat (MRE); I guess it’s going to be a long flight without peanuts (bummer) . It’s ok, I hear the food in Iraq is excellent (I’m totally looking forward to that
)!
It’s going to be a very different but good year. I miss my family and friends already, but I will be in touch. Stay tuned as I work to develop my web skills with this website and blog. God bless you and prosper you. I’ll catch you on the flip side
